When are speaker submissions due?

  • Submissions are due by Tuesday, March 28th, 2023.
  • Speaker selection will be announced the following week. All speakers are expected to register for the event.

How much time will I have to present?

  • Each session will be 2 hours and 45 minutes in length. We want to provide true, in-depth workshops for our members. These sessions will not be recorded.
  • We will also have a 45 minute keynote session at the beginning of the event.

What kind of sessions do we need?

  • We are looking for M365 Security/Compliance, Administration, Adoption, Automation, and Collaboration presentations. Please think about how Teams plays a role in each of these areas. We also welcome professional development and panel/group sessions allowing attendees to interact with presenters.
  • Technical presentations showing configuration, code examples, and demos are always great, but we’re often asked for sessions targeted at administrators and business decision-makers, which help them learn how to use M365 in creative ways, how things work (and don’t work), and whatever else they need to know to get the most out of M365 within their organization. Sessions like “How [My Company] Solved [Something] Using Administrative configurations, PowerShell, or even Conditional Access Policies” tend to be very popular.
  • Many people are interested in seeing and learning about the 2023 capabilities of M365. Consider submitting sessions relevant to attendees who are cloud-based and using diverse types of tenants like commercial, government, and education.

How can I improve my chances of being selected?

  • First and foremost, think of your audience. You are writing your session titles and abstracts for the event attendees. Clarify who should attend and the technical level they can expect. Your session descriptions will be included in the event schedule published on our website.
  • We are only accepting submissions to attend and present in-person.
