You know they’re running. But do you actually know which LLMs are being called\, what it’s costing you\, which agents are escalating too often\, or whether your token spend is going to the right places? \n \nIn this session\, Scott walks through an open-source project he built to answer exactly those questions — a telemetry layer that pulls data from Azure Monitor\, App Insights\, Power Platform\, Microsoft Graph\, and more\, stores it in a local SQLite database\, and produces a 30-sheet analytical workbook covering agent invocations\, connector health\, credit consumption\, and AI model call patterns.
